MSA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Engineer Water / Wastewater at our Madison WI office location.

In this role youd work with a team and contribute to the successful execution of water & wastewater projects. Water engineering consultants play a vital role in safeguarding the environment and public health by ensuring the efficient and sustainable treatment of water. This position offers a dynamic and challenging career for professionals dedicated to making a positive impact on the world through their engineering expertise.

This position is salaried and Flex Time eligible meaning that the firm recognizes if you work over 40 hours in a week through additionalcompensation and / or time off.

Responsibilities

The work you may do

• Perform planning design and construction-related tasks for water wastewater and utility projects
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing facilities and identify areas for improvement and compliance with relevant regulations
• Collaborate with clients vendors and other engineers during assessments alternatives analyses and designs
• Preparation of plans specifications & bidding documents
• Construction Observation & Administration (e.g. documenting activities communication w / project managers & engineers submittal reviews measuring & testing general oversight and interacting with contractors subcontractors residents and clients)
• Attend client meetings & conferences
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience :

The salary for this position ranges from $68000 to $89000 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
