Workflow Registered Nurse

Serenity Hospice  is looking to add an organized and detail-orientated  Registered Nurse  to oversee back-office workflow through Serenity's EMR system as well as oversee general electronic documentation. This position reports to the Clinical Care Director.

This position is in office M-F 7 : 30A-3 : 30P

• Enter data and documentation into EMR.
• Manage backflow of submissions into system.
• Review documentations and records for accuracy.
• Audit system periodically, report findings to Director.
• Keep up to date on Medical Terminology and coding for billing.
• Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
