As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming environment for all. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, helping to maintain a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points within the location.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members while on patrol.

Document and report all incidents, hazards, and maintenance needs encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements :

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
