About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Program Manager to join the Office of the CEO. This role will report into the Chief of Staff to the CEO, and drive cross-enterprise strategic initiatives that are critical to Iterable's growth and success. As a member of the CEO's office, you will work directly with the executive leadership team, senior leaders and key business operations teams across the company.

This is a highly visible position, ideal for a seasoned professional with strong executive presence, organizational agility, a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery and a bias for action.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Enterprise Project Leadership : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects that span multiple departments, ensuring alignment with company strategy and executive priorities.

Executive Team Partnership : Work closely with the CEO and executive team to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable project plans. Keep the executive team informed on project progress and decisions with updates at the right altitude and cadence.

Stakeholder Management : Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective decision-making, communication, alignment, and accountability across the organization.

Operational Excellence : Establish project structures, frameworks, and governance that enable predictability, transparency, and scalability in execution. Ensure decisions are data-driven.

Change Management & Communication : Drive clear and consistent communication around goals, milestones, and outcomes. Anticipate organizational impacts and help teams navigate change effectively.

Measurement & Outcomes : Define success criteria and track performance against project objectives, ensuring tangible business outcomes and learnings.

What You Bring

Experience : 10+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS or technology companies.

Executive Presence : Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders with credibility, clarity, and confidence.

Cross-Functional Agility : Experience managing complex initiatives across multiple functions such as Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, and Operations.

Strategic & Hands-On Mindset : Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive execution.

Change Management Expertise : Skilled at guiding organizations through change, ensuring alignment and adoption across diverse teams.

Strong Communication Skills : Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity.

Organizational & Analytical Skills : Strong program management discipline, with the ability to create frameworks, track metrics, and optimize processes for scale.

Education : Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $160,000 - $200,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
