Key Responsibilities
Drive the creation and optimization of customer content, including testimonials and case studies
Manage and refine the content workflow from intake to publication, ensuring timely delivery
Support customer engagement initiatives and manage the customer reference program
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in customer marketing or content marketing
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus
Familiarity with customer advocacy platforms and content intelligence tools is highly desirable
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
