About Us :

We are currently seeking a dedicated, mission-minded Hematology / Oncology physician to join our team at the Cancer Institute in Sonora, California. Our state-of-the-art cancer center is equipped with the latest technology and staffed by a compassionate team of professionals. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to work alongside another provider and collaborate closely with our radiation oncology team.

Responsibilities :

Partnering with our team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
Working in tandem with our radiation oncology team to develop treatment plans
Ensuring the highest standard of care for all patients

Qualifications :

Completion of postgraduate / ACGME accredited training residency or fellowship in Hematology / Oncology

Experience is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Dedication to providing compassionate care to patients

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Compensation and Benefits :

Year one guarantee : $500,000

Post-guarantee wRVU : $93

Annual value comp bonus : up to $25,000 (available year one)

APP oversight compensation : $7,500 / year (if applicable)

Starting bonus : $45,000

Student loan assistance : up to $100,000 paid over 5 years starting post-guarantee must provide proof of student loan debt

Monday to Friday schedule with evenly shared call responsibilities, including phone call only with no expectation of needing to come in
