Advise customer about, or perform, maintenance of software system. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures. Inform customers or other departments on project status, proposals and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance. Direct software programming and development of documentation. Mentorship of team members Must Have Technical Skills : Angular + NodeJS API Java Containerization Micro Services Oracle / SQL RESTful APIs Springboot Leadership skills to lead team Ability to work with cross functional teams / lead team members Dynamic Results Driven Flex Skills / Nice to Have : Previous Management experience Soft Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills Open transparent communication Ability to work with cross functional teams / lead team members Education / Certifications : Bach min-Skill set more important than certs Screening Questions : Explain your leadership experience, how did you lead your teams and what value were you able to add to the team?
