Quality Assurance Specialist Records Management

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist Records Management to support KITS and our government customer in Silver Spring, MD. Koniag IT Systems is seeking an experienced Records Management Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality and accuracy of our client's records management operations. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality assurance procedures, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to :

The Records Management Quality Assurance Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy across our records management processes. The primary responsibilities of this role include :

• Establish and maintain procedures for adhering to performance metrics and SOPs
• Create and update workflow diagrams to identify quality control checkpoints
• Identify quality issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and outcomes
• Submit quality control reports, verifying the accuracy of data entry activities
• Inspect worksites to ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards
• Proofread documentation and graphics for accuracy and adherence to original content
• Provide quality control checking for documents received from copying and word processing
• Work with limited supervision and collaborate with cross-functional teams
