As a medical assistant with Corewell Health, you'll be a member of our clinical support team and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of the best possible care. You'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Essential functions include facilitating efficient patient flow, performing necessary administrative duties, maintaining and cleaning the environment, and engaging in continuous study of the entire professional field.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, successful completion of a competency-based orientation program, and certification as a medical assistant. Preferred experience includes one year of relevant work in a physician practice or healthcare setting.

Primary location is at University Medical Center in Berrien Springs, with the department name being Primary Care Practice - Berrien Springs. Employment type is full time and the shift is day. Weekly scheduled hours are 40, with hours of work from Monday to Thursday 0730-1700 and Fridays 0730-1200.
