  • Supervise all sitework and civil construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

\n

  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows.

    • \n

  • Oversee site safety measures, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company policies.

    • \n

  • Manage site logistics, including equipment, materials, and labor allocation.

    • \n

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

    • \n

  • Prepare and submit daily reports on project milestones and challenges.

    • \n

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.

    • \n

  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines.

    • \n \n

    A successful Superintendent should have : \n

    \n

  • A strong background in civil construction and sitework management within the property industry.

    • \n

  • A strong background in utility underground construction

    • \n

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.

    • \n

  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and other safety standards.

    • \n

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

    • \n

  • Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.

    • \n

  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

    • \n \n
