Description :

Position : RN – Med / Surg Tele

Ratios : 1 : 5–6

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years (MS / Tele)

First-Time Travelers : Accepted

Weekends : Every other weekend

On-Call : Not required

Floating : Yes, within scope and between like units as needed

Block Scheduling : May be considered upon request

Locals Accepted : No – must live at least 50 miles from the main campus (Cape Fear Valley Medical Center)

Pending License : Not accepted

RTO : Subject to manager discretion

Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off up to 2 shifts per 13-week contract; after that, all scheduled hours are guaranteed
