Overview Ready to make a real impact? As a Senior Instructional Designer with a Fortune 500 insurance company, you’ll play a key role in shaping how employees learn and grow. You’ll partner with Aquent, a global leader in creative staffing, to transform training programs and empower individuals to excel in their roles.

Base pay range : $28.00 / hr - $31.00 / hr

Responsibilities Conduct thorough job-task analyses and needs assessments to identify learning objectives and determine optimal training solutions.

Collaborate with team members to develop individual training program goals, overall program objectives, and module objectives.

Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and effective course content, utilizing various training methodologies and media.

Partner with eLearning specialists to develop sophisticated eLearning programs and applications using industry-standard tools.

Research, select, and modify existing training materials to meet specific learning needs.

Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and test results to identify areas for improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications Proficiency in Articulate 360

Proven experience in instructional design, including needs analysis, curriculum development, and evaluation.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications Prior experience in the insurance industry.

Prior experience with Underwriting.
