About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Information Technology Operations to take on a pivotal role in the management and oversight of the team's technology infrastructure and operations environment. The successful candidate will be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to, partnering with the Managed Services Provider for contracted services, and providing direct oversight of data center and network operations, servers and system administration, storage, transactional databases, robotic process automation, telecommunications, service desk, and end-user services. Ensuring the delivery of planned enhancements and upgrades, as well as being accountable for infrastructure uptime, accuracy, reliability, and efficiency, are key aspects of this position. The role demands a high level of commitment to timeliness, outcome quality, accuracy, and fiscal responsibility, and requires close collaboration with the Information Security and Applications teams.
