Junior Videographer — Thiruvananthapuram, India

We’re building a fast, story-first digital media team for Adsomia & our brands (Unlearn, Podsomia, City Skoop). You will plan, shoot, and edit Reels / Shorts, YouTube videos, and podcasts end-to-end — ideation → shoot → edit → publish. Malayalam-first, English-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan scripts / storyboards for Reels / Shorts, YouTube videos, and podcasts.
• Shoot on mobile / DSLR (framing, lighting, audio); set up mics for podcasts.
• Edit fast, clean, and on-brand (captions, SFX, color, transitions, hooks).
• Design thumbnails and publish with SEO titles, tags, chapters.
• Track trends and repurpose long → short formats.
• Coordinate with marketing on calendar, CTAs, and deadlines.

Salary : ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & portfolio) + performance bonus

Leave policy : paid leaves + festival holidays (Onam, Christmas, etc.)
