Position Summary

Aetna Medicare Technology is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Product Management to partner with one or more teams in our Sales & Acquisition product line, focusing on accelerating direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth, enhancing lead conversion, and enabling omnichannel engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who leverages data-driven insights to inform product vision, translates business objectives into actionable plans, and champions innovation in a fast-paced environment.

As a product owner, you will harness data-driven insights to shape and evolve the product vision, translating complex business objectives into clear, actionable plans. You'll own and prioritize the product backlog, safeguard the integrity of features and components, and collaborate daily with cross-functional teamsincluding Engineering, Design, and key business stakeholders.

This is a high-impact role where you'll drive measurable outcomes through product OKRs aligned with broader business goals, strengthen technology execution, and foster stakeholder engagement. You'll champion innovation, promote accountability, and lead with vision in a fast-paced, agile environmentempowering teams to deliver exceptional experiences for our Medicare members.

Responsibilities

Product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmaps

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define strategy, conduct market research, maintain an aligned roadmap, and bring the customer perspective into features and experiences.
• Builds and aligns roadmaps for your features or suite of features and provides recommendations to leadership on scope based on priorities and overall product vision.
• Effectively communicates the product vision to team members.
• Defines team goals / metrics aligned with broader product objectives, and develops feature-level measurement plans to evaluate progress towards outcomes, aligned with business objectives.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$118,450.00 - $284,280.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
