Manager of Surgical Services (King City)

Clinical Magnet , a trusted division of Icon Medical , is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Surgical Services (RN) to join our clients leadership team in King City, California. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned surgical nurse leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while guiding high-performing perioperative teams.

Summary :

The Manager is responsible for all paramedical activities and total nursing care delivered within the Perioperative Services Department. The Manager supervises and directs nursing care and all related activities of the perioperative area, according to the policies and procedures of the MMHS and departments in order to assure the highest quality of patient care : included responsibility for environment, staff personnel, materials and equipment control. Analyzes and evaluates nursing care in the departments, provides for continuing education for all personnel and orientation for new personnel.

Shift : Full-time, day shift

Compensation : $132,000 - $174,000 based on experience

Required :

• Active California RN License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience
• At least 2 years of experience as a Circulating RN in Surgery
• At least 1 year of Post-Anesthesia Care (PACU) experience
