Project Management Unit Administrative Support
This position is located within the Project Management Unit within the Division of State Emergency Medical Services (EMS). This position is responsible for providing administrative and analytical support to the Project Management Unit, which is responsible for tracking over 25 ongoing EMS initiatives, developing project management infrastructure, and data reporting obligations.
Project Support

Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and documentation using Project Management software (MS Excel, Word, Project, and SharePoint). Preparation of biweekly project management governance board meeting materials, agendas, and minutes. Collecting and organizing program data for internal dashboards. Assisting in process improvement initiatives, including workflow mapping and data validation.
Stakeholder Engagement
20%
Supporting communication with contractors, internal stakeholders, and other agencies. General administrative tasks such as scheduling and file management.

Other duties as assigned.
Candidates must be a matriculated undergraduate or graduate college student. Documentation of current matriculation and enrollment in the Spring 2026 semester must be submitted with your resume.
