🕓 Schedule : Weekday Shift | 5 : 00 PM – 12 : 30 AM ET or 12 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 AM ET

As a Kubernetes Engineer (Weekday Shift), you'll ensure that Air Force Platform One and Air Mobility Command maintain uninterrupted global communication and mission readiness.

You'll operate in a fast-paced, high-trust environment; supporting live systems that empower real-time collaboration for U.S. defense teams worldwide.

Your expertise will build resilience, security, and scalability into the core of national operations.

⚙️ What You'll Do

• Engineer and optimize Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Guarantee uptime and system integrity for mission-critical chat operations (Mattermost)
• Automate cloud infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps
• Implement secure, compliant architectures aligned with DoD DevSecOps standards
• Collaborate across DevSecOps, Security, and Cloud Architecture teams
• Conduct R&D on scalability and performance during non-peak windows
