$1,820 to $3,000 per week

- Monday through Friday until shift is complete
- Expected weekly productivity of 30 units
- Home health and adult care setting
- HCHB and Oasis experience required
- Previous home care experience preferred
- Some weekend orthopedic assessments possible
- On call availability required if requested
- 1-2 years acute care or rehabilitation experience required
- We provide complimentary housing and travel
