• Monday through Friday until shift is complete
• Expected weekly productivity of 30 units
• Home health and adult care setting
• HCHB and Oasis experience required
• Previous home care experience preferred
• Some weekend orthopedic assessments possible
• On call availability required if requested
• 1-2 years acute care or rehabilitation experience required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
