• Assist with warehouse activities, including storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, and sanitation.
• Essential Functions Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain saws, electric clippers, etc.
• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedge or bush trimmers, or axes Mow and edge lawns using power mowers, edgers, weed whips, and leaf blowers Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using shears, pruners, or chain saws Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance and repair as necessary Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming around flower beds, walks, or walls Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, or other grounds features Clean flower beds; rake, mulch, and compost leaves Mix and spray and / or spread fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees using hand or automatic sprayers / spreaders Remove snow from grounds via plow, shovel, Gehl, etc.

Maintain awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of company fleet vehicles and trailers focusing on routine upkeep (directional lights, tires, brakes, oil, etc.) Follow proper securing protocol (chaining, tiedowns) of equipment for transporting Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment Maintain a positive attitude throughout the day, and keep team member morale high Follow all Suburban Inns Processes Undertake special projects requested by management Exhibit regular and recurrent attendance records Position Requirements Minimum Knowledge :
