Job descriptionHRIS Analyst Duties Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Paylocity. Act as the primary point of contact for system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting. Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations. Train employees across multiple locations on system functionality and reporting tools. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for HR metrics and decision-making. Provide daily HRIS support to all U.S. locations. Support compensation processes, including payroll integration and reporting. Collaborate with Payroll and Accounting teams to ensure accurate payroll processing. Assist with labor trend analysis and HR data audits. Participate in cross-functional HR projects and provide backup support to other HR team members. HR Generalist Duties Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Manage full-cycle recruitment : job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters. Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and leave administration. Support performance management, employee relations, and internal investigations. Coordinate employee training and development programs. Assist with benefits and 401(k) administration. Promote a positive work environment and lead community engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards. Education & Experience Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1 5 years of experience in HRIS and / or HR Generalist roles (Master s degree with 1 4 years also considered). Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms is strongly preferred. Background in data analysis, reporting, and system administration. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. Benefits administration experience is a plus. Additional Requirements Must pass background checks and pre-employment screenings. No Need of Visa Sponsorship.
