NIGHT SHIFT First Article Inspection - Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing
Location : 3617 E La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040 (40th St and Southern)
Shift Options : Night Shift* or Split Shift* (*Night and Split shift positions are eligible for $1,000 bonus after the 1st 1,000 hours worked)
Eligible for Quarterly Shop Bonus Plan, up to $300 per quarter!
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
First Article Inspector :
Responsibilities :
- Blue Print reading skills GD&T ASME Y14.5
- Perform mechanical inspection of machined Aerospace parts using hand tools, Micrometer, Caliper, Surface Plate Layout tools, Dial Bore, etc.
- Manual CMM experience
- DCC CMM experience with PC-DMIS
- Basic computer knowledge
Basic Qualifications :
- 3 years minimum experience in aerospace inspection manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of ASME Y14.5 and GDT required
- Experience with micrometers, optical comparator, height gages, profilometer
- CMM experience (PCDMIS, QC5000, Brown and Sharp Reflex)
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to sit or stand up to 8 hours per day
