At Canine Country Club in Hooper, NE, we're dedicated to making tails wag and creating a haven for our furry guests. We're looking for a motivated part-time Dog Kennel Manager to take charge of our operations, lead our pet care team, and ensure every pet receives top-notch care. With pay starting at $15 - $18 / hour plus performance bonuses, this role combines your love for animals with your management skills in an exciting way!

On top of that, you can bring your pet to work with you! Your days will start early, but end with plenty of time for your afternoon plans. You'll work Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM to Noon , with occasional weekend shifts to keep everything running smoothly.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A DOG KENNEL MANAGER

As a part-time Dog Kennel Manager, you will lead the charge in ensuring the well-being of our beloved canine guests. You will oversee employee schedules, delegate tasks, and keep the team accountable while maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized environment. From creating efficient systems for onboarding and training to running errands and managing inventory, you'll be the go-to person who ensures everything flows seamlessly. You'll also focus on growing our services by keeping grooming and boarding schedules full through effective marketing strategies.
