Your Opportunity

As an IT Manager of Manufacturing Systems you will be responsible for the delivery and management of technology platforms across the entire domain. It also involves leading a team of IT professionals and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of manufacturing systems.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic Roadmap : Maintain the manufacturing systems roadmap.
  • Technology Platforms : Oversee the implementation, design, and maintenance of technology platforms that support manufacturing systems processes and operations.
  • Project Delivery : Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the manufacturing systems domain, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Budget Consciousness : Maintain budget consciousness for manufacturing systems, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with financial goals.
  • Stakeholder Alignment : Align with Division and Center of Excellence Systems teams to understand their key domain stakeholder solution needs and ensure their requirements are met, maintaining strong relationships and effective communication. This includes managing and leading the manufacturing systems steering committee.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other IT domains and departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of manufacturing systems.
  • Continuous Improvement : Lead ongoing improvement efforts to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of IT processes within the manufacturing systems domain.

What You Should Have

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience required.
  • 4 Year / bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in managing manufacturing systems and technology platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in leading enterprise-scale digital manufacturing or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Management), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and other manufacturing software preferred.
  • Knowledge of machine interface and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) technology preferred.
  • Ability for minimal travel

    Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive total compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics. The starting base pay range for this position is $126,355-$156,086 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.

    Physical Requirements

    Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and / or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as : preparing and analyzing data, and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks. Work may be performed in company's setting, home, or hybrid.
