We are looking for a talented and passionate Sr. User Experience Researcher to lead mixed methods research that informs investments across UKG’s AI portfolio. You will work with cross-functional partners to identify critical features and experiences that deliver business & customer success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research studies using UXR qualitative and quantitative methods, and behavioral / log data analysis that deepen our understanding of the user experience and drive product strategy. Translate complex data and identify strategic opportunities.
• Help build product metrics measurement programs, platforms and reporting mechanisms to scale growing organizational needs.
• Develop and socialize a strategic point of view on key topics. Advise senior stakeholders and inform north star direction.
• Raise the methodological bar within the User Research team and mentor other team members.
• Co-lead ideation and co-creation activities with cross-functional partners and customers.

The pay range for this position is $112,300 to $161,400, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
