Job Overview

HMD Trucking is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers experienced with load securement and tarping for Flatbed positions. We offer steady freight, strong pay, and full support for every mile.

Qualifications

Active CDL Class A license

Flatbed experience

Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience

No DUI / DWI in the last 5 years

No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years

No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents

Compensation and Bonuses

Base pay : 65 cents per mile

Safety and productivity bonus : up to 5 cents per mile

Pay for every load,regardless of whether a tarp is needed

Home time : 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home

Weekly pay range : $1430-$2100

Equipment

Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 567 and Freightliner Cascadia models, all less than 3 years old. Features include :

Automatic transmission (manual also available)

Mid-roof sleeper cabins

Inverters and diesel-powered APUs

Mini fridges and storage

Comfortable combo sleeper

Removable rider seat
