Description :
- Design and development of prototypes, material specifications, and production tooling.
- Substantial hands-on work and interface with factory employees.
- Creation of test plans, conducting tests, and preparing test reports to show compliance to government standards. (PMA, TSO, DER Repairs)
- Preparation of design documentation including detail and assembly drawings, work instructions, and inspection requirements.
- Sourcing of new components and materials from vendors.
- Writing operating manuals, owner’s manuals, and product labeling.
- Provide technical support through sales department and directly to customers.
- Draw sketches to illustrate specified materials or assembly sequence.
- Have and utilize good working knowledge of PC skills as necessary to obtain, utilize, plan, reconstruct, evaluate, organize, review, and maintain the necessary records and documentation within the assigned areas.
- Promote and maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Participate in decisions relating to all accountable areas, productivity, quality, safety, maintenance as required, processes & systems.
