Our Commercial GC is looking to discuss a position with aspiring Project Managers in the Middle-TN area.

They are an Industrial / Commercial GC located in the Franklin area and have over a 5 decades of reputable work experience building some of the most essential commercial structures in Nashville.

Position Requirements :

• Must have 1-5+ years of experience in industrial or commercial construction.
• Bachelors degree required (or be near graduation or a graduate with relevant Construction Management / Architectural Degrees)
• Construction Field Engineer, APM or Assistant Project Engineer experience required (will not consider candidates from the IT industry)
• No required software experience- open to all formats as training will be provided.
• Local candidates only - will not compensate for relocation.

More Details :

The Assistant Project Manager will work with the PM on the entire construction process from Preconstruction through final completion.

The APM works with the estimator's and is responsible for the financial success of the project from beginning to completion. The APM is one of the points of contact for the owner during this time period and coordinates with the PM for client satisfaction.
