Job descriptionProvide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior. Work as a key member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans. Accurately record session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and build connections with families. Collaborate with families and providers to optimize treatment effectiveness. High school diploma or equivalent. A passion for helping children with Autism and a willingness to learn. Patience, compassion , and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations. Reliable transportation for travel to client locations. Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based locations . All positions start part-time . You’ll be required to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course . A minimum 6-month commitment is required to ensure lasting impact.
