Patient Care : Provide care for patients with a broad spectrum of infectious diseases.Diagnosis and Treatment : Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and clinical expertise to diagnose infectious diseases. Develop and implement effective treatment plans.Consultation and Collaboration : Offer expert consultations to other healthcare professionals to assist in the management of complex or unusual infectious cases.Infection Prevention & Control : Collaborate with hospital infection control teams to prevent, manage, and monitor hospital-acquired infections. Lead or assist in the development of institutional guidelines and protocols.Quality Improvement : Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.Compliance : Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.Continuous Learning : Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.Qualifications
A valid and unrestricted California medical licenseBoard eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
