In the role of Manager of Maintenance, you'll be at the forefront of driving engineering and maintenance excellence, unleashing the full potential of the plant's capital and maintenance expenditures. Your dynamic leadership will ensure optimal performance of production equipment and fixed assets, maximizing financial outcomes and propelling the plant to new heights of success!
The impact you'll make :
- Manage engineering and maintenance services to ensure operational reliability
- Oversee preventative maintenance compliance and effectiveness
- Ensure 5S compliance; create and manage overhaul schedules for sustained performance. 5S is a systematic way of organizing workplaces by eliminating waste, improving flow, and reducing the number of processes where possible
- Develop, monitor, and ensure timely completion of short and long term goals and action plans
- Support plant manager in making operational improvements to reduce costs and to increase productivity by utilizing new technology and Lean Manufacturing principals and processes to maximize efficiency
- Plan, manage, and execute capital asset program in compliance with Annual Operating Plan and established policy
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership for mechanics, electricians, technical crafts, and associated personnel
- Develop a work environment within manufacturing that promotes trust, teamwork quality, and safety. Develop, evaluate, train, and mentor employees
- Ensure production of a quality product in compliance with federal and state guidelines. Ensure all regulatory compliance as applicable
- Sustain or develop a network base with equipment vendors
Who you are :
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Maintenance, Engineering, or related field of studyAdditional Experience Desired : More than 5 years of experience in maintenance managementAdditional Experience Desired : More than 5 years of experience in engineeringComputer Skills Desired : Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project; previous experience with Automated Control Systems Programable Logic Controllers (PLCs) & Process Control (PCs)Preferred Certifications : LEAN Manufacturing PrinciplesAdditional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role : Strong customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, supervisory, and leadership skills.Demonstrated experience managing a budget and large-scale inventory.Project management experience including capital project development and cost estimation. Lean manufacturing principals, 5 S deployment / sustainability, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Strategy experience a plus. Ability to interface and comply with regulatory agencies.Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. This position has an annual estimated salary of $123,500- $134,250. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
