Assistant General Manager

Jerry’s Bar is busy Northern Liberties restaurant looking to build our management team with a confident, positive, and professional person.

Some of your responsibilities will include :

• Cooperating with the General Manager & owner with anything from project planning to staff management.
• Creating exciting daily events to increase revenue and build business relationships.
• Organization of FOH and BOH responsibilities, staffing, side work, etc.
• Maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Knowledge of craft beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and food is a must!
• Knowledge of private event set up and service standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft, Adobe, OpenTable, & Toast POS system.
• Continue to nurture our social media following with eye catching pictures and posts on Instagram, facebook, twitter.
• Maintaining our website presence and outreach on several platforms.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash, payroll records, and food / liquor cost.
• Demonstrates trustworthiness, dedication punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
