Position : Commercial Insurance Producer - Agent / Broker

Location : Denver, CO

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 base salary + bonus and commission structure | $38.50 / HR - $50.00 / HR

Schedule : Hybrid Schedule

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prospect, cultivate, and maintain strong mid-market commercial client relationships
  • Communicate effectively to build trust and long-term partnerships
  • Share expertise on insurance products and services while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance solutions, agency standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with your mentor / leader for ongoing guidance and development
  • Leverage open market share with minimal internal competition to expand your BoB

Qualifications :

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License in the State of Colorado required
  • 4+ years of proven experience prospecting, cultivating, and managing new and existing client relationships
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with drive, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
