Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning : develop plans, timelines, budgets, define scope with engineers and architects, secure permits and approvals.
• Construction Management : direct day-to-day site operations, supervise subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, conduct inspections for compliance and safety.
• Budget and Cost Control : monitor and control expenses, approve invoices, payment applications, change orders, prevent cost overruns.
• Team Leadership : lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, maintain momentum.
• Risk Management and Problem Solving : anticipate risks, implement mitigation, troubleshoot challenges.
