What You'll Do

• Lead & inspire : Set the standard for quality work, safety, and teamwork while guiding the maintenance team's daily operations.
• Develop your crew : Hire, train, and coach techs and community care associates with on-the-job and classroom learning opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional service : Respond to maintenance requests promptly, ensuring residents feel cared for and heard.
• Show technical expertise : Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances with confidence.
• Own the make-ready process : Oversee apartment turns with efficiency and precision so every new resident moves in happy.
• Preserve and protect : Maintain the property's beauty, safety, and functionality through regular inspections and upkeep.
• Stay compliant : Follow all safety and building codes while maintaining an accident-free workplace.
• Keep the team covered : Manage schedules and ensure reliable 24 / 7 emergency response coverage.
