A services organization in New York City is currently a licensed Physician, with a Family and / or Internal Medicine background, for a promisingopportunity at one of their facilities in Manhattan.

About the Opportunity :

• Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : Monday to Friday (4 days clinical; 1day telehealth / admin)

Hours : Standard business

Setting : Clinic

Patient Population : Adults

Responsibilities :

The Family / Internal Medicine Physician will be responsible for :

Provideservices in accordance with generally acceptable standards of medical practice

Developa plan of treatment / care for the patient that also includes education and follow-up visits

Makereferrals, as indicated by the needs of the patient

Communicatewith other healthcare providers related to diagnosis, treatment and plan for the patient either verbally and / or through documentation in the medical record

Maintaincurrent and complete documentation in the medical record that reflects the care and services provided to the patient

Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications :

Board Certified / Eligible in Family and / or InternalMedicine

Experience working with the Adult population

Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills

Great interpersonal skills

Excellent communicationskills (written and verbal)
