Warehouse Associate – Distribution Center

Location : Belding, MI

Shift : 1st shift (6 : 30am-3pm Monday-Friday) - OR 8 : 30am-5pm Monday-Friday

Pay : $16

We’re looking for dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team at a busy distribution center . In this role, you’ll help ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements
• Receive and unload inbound shipments and verify accuracy of inventory
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners (training provided if needed)
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
• Accurately label, stage, and load outbound products
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as required
• Report damaged or missing items to supervisors
• Support team goals to meet or exceed daily productivity and quality standards
