We are seeking an

• Eligibility Coordinator
• to join our team of 25 professionals. This role focuses on
• data entry and analytical data processing
• , ensuring accurate interpretation and handling of eligibility information. You will receive
• 3-4 weeks of comprehensive training
• and have a
• dedicated point of contact
• for ongoing support.
• Key Responsibilities
• Review and interpret eligibility data to determine next steps.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in compliance with company standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required) and 10-key for data processing.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve eligibility issues promptly.
• Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Qualifications
• Typing speed :
• 35-40 words per minute.
• 10-key proficiency
• for numeric data entry.
• Strong
• attention to detail
• and organizational skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of
• Microsoft Office
• , especially Excel.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently after training.
• Preferred :
• Experience in health groups, eligibility, member services, or claims processing.
• Microsoft Excel experience :
• data entry, copy and paste, create spreadsheets, etc. / / Proficency level : basic excel knowledge

This is a Contract position based out of Northridge, CA.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
