NOW HIRING AEROSPACE QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTORS IN HIALEAH,FL

Job Description

• Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements
• Provides objective evidence of results
• Performs auditing, surveillance, and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies
• Segregates and controls non-conforming items. Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance
• Under limited supervision, inspects incoming parts / material, outgoing orders verify that certification is correct, checks parts for processing, checks special orders, daily use of micrometers, gauge controls, calipers, indicators, etc.
• Conducts dimensional inspections per design record and documented AQL levels; Conducts visual inspections for obvious defects.
• Review and disposition all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements per AS9100 and Company Quality standards; communicate with vendor as needed. Disposition and control of on-conforming products.
• Obtain and maintain Customer Designated Supplier Quality Representative Stamp

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr.
