About This Role :

Kidde Global Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Revenue Management Analyst to join our Global Revenue Management organization. The candidate will utilize data analytics and business expertise to provide insights and recommendations to business leadership, driving measurable impact on the company’s growth goals. They will collaborate with key functions to identify pricing opportunities to meet revenue and margin goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pricing, sales, and marketing teams in identifying opportunities to drive sales and profitability, leveraging data insights and stakeholder input and expertise.
• Work with sales and finance, and other cross-functions to drive actions and track progress vs. plan / target for margin improvement (% and $).
• Evaluation of promotion opportunities to drive revenue and margin growth.
• Analyses of channel & product mix optimization to drive decision making.
• Work with finance and sales leaders to develop appropriate commercial investment / budget at a detailed level to maximize ROI.
• Manage forecasting related to customer promotions and incentive pricing.
• Manage customer rebate & incentive programs and accruals.
• Support price increase actions, including tracking, cost justification, etc.

The base salary range for this role is $87,306 - $102,713. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
