MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Essential Job Functions

• Meet with students to advise them about financial aid policies, procedures, and processes while providing quality customer services.
• Review financial aid applications and accompanying documentation to ensure accuracy, and completeness.
• Assist students and parents / family with completing financial aid and scholarship applications.
• Provides full range of support to students and the general public by responding to inquiries via phone, email, chat and / or text.
• Interact with students, high school personnel, and the general public to promote the financial aid programs and scholarships.
• Collaborate with other college departments to provide services to students.
• Actively promote the financial aid by participating in recruitment activities.
• Other duties assigned.

REQUIRED / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Education and Experience :

Required Education and Experience :

Associate Degree and 2 years office / customer services related experience or high school diploma / equivalent and 5 years of office / customer services related experience.

Preferred Education :

Associate Degree or higher

Preferred Experience :
