Print Production Analyst

A company is looking for a Print Production Analyst III to manage print and mail projects, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

Act as subject matter expert in print, inventory management, and distribution to support organizational initiatives

Execute projects through all phases of the project lifecycle while ensuring deliverables are met

Monitor daily reports for compliance and manage vendor relationships for inventory and fulfillment needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Minimum of five (5) years of purchasing and project management experience in printing and fulfillment

Minimum of three (3) years of experience with automated mailing and information system integration

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and print methodologies

Experience managing a significant budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities
