Experience Level :

12+ years ServiceNow experience (with at least 2+ years in a Lead role).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead ServiceNow implementations across ITSM and ITOM modules, ensuring best practices and scalable design.
• Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment).
• Implement and optimize ITOM capabilities, with a strong focus on Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to dashboards and reporting.
• Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and KPIs for service performance monitoring and executive reporting.
• Oversee and maintain CMDB Discovery to ensure accurate and reliable asset and service data.
• Collaborate with security and identity management teams to deliver SailPoint integrations with ServiceNow.
• Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with ITIL processes and organizational goals.
