Senior Associate / Product Manager Ai Capabilities

Humana is scaling its use of AI to transform how marketing teams workstreamlining operations, enhancing personalization, and enabling smarter member engagement. As Senior Associate / Product Manager AI Capabilities, you'll lead strategy, experimentation, and pilot efforts to bring AI functionality into existing tools and workflows. This dual-hat role blends strategic ownership with embedded supporthelping teams adopt AI-powered features across campaign orchestration, workflow automation, and creative asset management. You'll partner closely with internal AI governance teams to ensure responsible rollout of new functionality, and work across MarTech platforms to validate use cases, measure impact, and guide enterprise adoption. This role supports the development of reusable AI capabilities within Humana's MarTech ecosystem. You'll collaborate with product, data science, and compliance teams to ensure AI-powered marketing is scalable, ethical, and effective.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field or relevant work experience. 35 years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or digital operations. Familiarity with AI / ML tools used in marketing, including GenAI, predictive analytics, and automation platforms. Experience working in agile environments, ideally within a dual-hat or embedded pod model. Strong understanding of marketing workflows, asset management, and campaign execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Firefly or AI Agents, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar MarTech tools. Exposure to AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices. Experience leading pilots or experimentation programs. Background in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries. Certification in Product Management, AI / ML, or Marketing Technology. Interest in emerging technologies such as conversational AI, intelligent automation, and adaptive content systems.
Travel : While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range $104,000 - $143,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
