As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing impactful tools to solve real-world business challenges.

What You'll Do :

Lead a diverse range of technology projects while mentoring a team of skilled developers focused on distributed microservices and full stack solutions to meet our regulatory needs.

Stay updated with the latest tech trends, experiment with new technologies, mentor fellow engineers, and occasionally contribute directly by coding or reviewing code.

Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions designed to enhance financial empowerment for millions of Americans.

Utilize programming languages including Python, TypeScript, and work with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, along with container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, while leveraging a variety of AWS and Azure tools and services.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree.

At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply).

At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's Degree.

9+ years of experience in at least one of the following : Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.

4+ years of experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.

4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.

1+ years of people management experience.

2+ years of experience in Agile practices.

The salary for this role is competitive and reflective of experience, with remote and Richmond, VA opportunities ranging from $204,900 - $233,800 for the Senior Lead Software Engineer role. This includes eligibility for performance-based incentives.
