Pay range $514,199-$555,891 Our team Six General Dermatologists, two MOHS Surgeons and one APP in Wenatchee, WA and one Dermatologist partner in Brewster, WA. Position Overview General full spectrum outpatient practice Clinical Research opportunities The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical base Interest or experience in leadership is welcome The practice is general dermatology but an interest in cosmetics is welcome Providers who value high quality care and work life balance Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families Work / Life Balance and Benefits Silver Award Winner of the AMA’s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout. Compensation : First year salary guarantee based on MGMA / AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
