• 7 am - 8 pm day shifts and 5 pm - 8 am night shifts
• Up to 16 patients per shift with 12 - 14 patients seen per day
• Requires ventilation management, ECMO, and bronchoscopy skills
• 4 - 7 consecutive day shifts, maximum 4 consecutive night shifts
• 2 - 3 admissions with multidisciplinary team rounding
