The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified Program Manager to join our Talent Development team in our Des Moines Office!
Job Summary :
Responsible for designing, managing, and delivering enterprise-wide talent initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, drive employee engagement, change adoption, and support organizational growth. Owns key programs within the Talent Management portfolio—such as leadership development, change management, performance management, and engagement—and ensures alignment with business goals across field and office environments.
Responsibilities :
- Program Design and Implementation : Designs, implements, and continuously improves core Talent Management programs, including leadership and management development, change management, and other organizational capability initiatives. Partners cross-functionally to ensure alignment and integration between Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and broader business initiatives.
- Project Management and Execution : Oversees project timelines, communications, metrics, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes and adoption. Provides guidance and mentorship to Talent Management team members to ensure high-quality program execution and alignment with department goals.
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement : Evaluates program effectiveness through data, feedback, and outcomes; recommends and implements enhancements. Shares best practices and builds internal capability around program design, facilitation, and change adoption.
- Facilitation and Learning Delivery : Partners with subject matter experts, HRBPs, L&D teams, and external vendors to facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using a variety of instructional techniques. Provides ongoing support to team members and leaders in applying newly acquired knowledge and skills through coaching, mentoring, and training materials.
- Change Management and Communication : Partners with business and HR leaders to plan and execute change management strategies for key initiatives (e.g., system implementations, process transitions, leadership programs). Develops communication and engagement plans to support organizational adoption and sustainment.
- Additional Responsibilities : Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
5-7 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development, ideally in a construction, service, or field-based industryBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field.Minimal travelWe Offer :
