Optical Network Lab Technician / Engineer (Junior)

This is a full-time, onsite position in San Jose and Sunnyvale, CA.

Candidates must be local to the Bay Area

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering , Computer Science, or Optical Communications
• 1–3 years hands-on experience in optical network labs (BS : 3 years, MS : 1 year)
• Proficiency in Python ; familiarity with other programming languages (Java, MATLAB, C#, JavaScript) is a plus
• Knowledge of L2 / L3 routers and switches; SSH, Telnet, API-based automation experience
• Experience with lab equipment setup, testing, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Unix / Linux environments and scripting
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
