The Staff Level II Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and Speech and Language Pathologist are

responsible for the evaluation, treatment and discharge planning of all patients referred for their given

therapy services. The PT, OT and SLP are integral healthcare providers accountable to assist the patient

to progress to their highest level of physical, cognitive, linguistic, and swallowing function. The Staff Level

II therapist will uphold the mission, vision, and values of Jefferson Health.

Works in conjunction with other health care professions to coordinate treatment plans and care.

Qualifications

PT : Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

2 years of clinical practice required.

PT : Valid state license in Physical Therapy.

CPR certification required.

PELVIC HEALTH Preferred

Conditions of Employment

Since this position will require the selected candidate to engage in regular contact with children in the form of care, guidance, supervision or training, you will be required to meet the requirements of the Child Protective Services Act, including the Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse criminal background clearance, and an FBI finger print based federal criminal records check. The selected candidate will not be allowed to commence working until all three (3) are completed satisfactorily.

Conditions of Employment
